We offer shipping across India. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and estimated delivery time

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures reliable delivery of your products within 7-8 business days. This method is suitable for orders that do not require expedited shipping.

Handling of Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is out of stock and selected by the customer, we will promptly communicate the projected shipping time information via email and WhatsApp after completing the checkout process.

Unforeseen Situations and Delay

In the case of unforeseen situations such as delayed flights or adverse weather conditions, we are committed to keeping our customers informed about any delays in the delivery process.

Product Availability and Substitution

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after a purchase, we will contact the customer immediately. If the customer still wishes to cancel the order, we will provide the cancellation method.

Octroi or State/City Duties

Please note that any Octroi or State/City duties applicable to the ordered items will be paid by the customer separately. These taxes and duties are not included in the payment made to us by the customer.

Option to Choose Own Delivery Provider

Customers have the option to choose their own delivery provider instead of relying on the courier partners we provide. In such cases, the buyer is entirely liable for any loss or damage sustained during delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its status.

Order Cancellation after Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This is because the fabric is cut from a large “Fabric Thaan.” Orders can only be returned if the wrong product is shipped out by mistake. Please refer to our return policy for further details in such cases.

Timely Delivery Commitment and Refund for Delays

We are committed to delivering our products in a timely manner. If the expected delivery time is exceeded, the customer has the option to cancel the order. If the order was prepaid, the customer will be refunded as soon as the order is cancelled, and the material is received back by us.

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product listing.
